- Work alongside the Incentives Manager on the administration and execution of Incentive payments Departmentally at Sky Ireland
- Support the business in designing and implementing bespoke incentives to help drive performance in the operations
- Work directly with Key Stakeholders to gain feedback into effectiveness of schemes and turning this feedback into action
- Forecasting for budgets and incentive spend
- Manage & present reporting insights
- Keep abreast of business changes and identify opportunities to improve relevant incentive schemes
- Advanced Excel User with a strong working knowledge of PowerPoint also essential
- Experience using SQL and Python to access and manipulate data
- Experience using Tableau a desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Innovative problem-solving ability
- Excellent numerical & analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
